Vietnam is one of the countries with a fast urbanization rate. Especially in recent years. While economic conditions are still difficult, investment in urban infrastructure in general and water supply and drainage systems in particular is still limited. This has caused Vietnam and especially residents in big cities to face environmental problems. Including wastewater treatment.

The situation seems to be better in many cities now that the State has built pipelines along the river to collect wastewater, not allowing it to be discharged directly into the river. However, the problem of collecting wastewater from pipes to the treatment area is still a difficult problem because domestic wastewater will mix a lot of garbage, causing difficulties during transportation in underground pipelines.

Since 2018, TS Pump Co., Ltd. we have installed and operated pumps for urban drainage, but encountered a big problem of garbage jams and garbage in underground pipes. As a result, the pump cannot operate stably, according to the design flow, and has to be picked up regularly.

After a period of inefficient operation, we have conducted research to design and manufacture ideas for a pump product that solves the problem of garbage that reduces the efficiency of the drain pump. By 2022, we have successfully put into use a pump that can support the transportation of waste water with garbage.

- Pump (bypass) urban drainage without space to install garbage collection system.

- Inlet sewage pump for wastewater treatment plants (replacement of screw pump)

- The suction mouth of the pump does not have a garbage comb, the garbage can fit through the suction pipe to pass through the pump.
